A firm that both advises on a decision and prepares the materials that present it to investors must be able to show its independence. These are the rules we work to.
Conflict check before every engagement
Before accepting any engagement that touches a listed company’s market-facing materials, we check it against our client list and our open mandates. Where we advise on a transaction and would also prepare the materials that market it, we either put a written information barrier in place or decline one of the two roles.
No success fees on disclosure work
The Presentation Design & Corporate Communications practice never takes a success fee. Its fees do not depend on how the market receives the disclosure it helps prepare.
Client sign-off on disclosure
Materials that will be filed or released to the market are signed off by the client’s corporate secretary or an authorised officer before release. We prepare; the issuer discloses.
Insider information
Every engagement that may involve material non-public information has an insider list. All staff and contractors are bound by a trading policy and blackout periods for the issuers we work with.
Confidentiality in practice
Segregated project folders with two-factor access; watermarked drafts; no client files in consumer AI tools; non-disclosure agreements with every contractor. Nothing you share in a working session is used in our materials without written permission.
What we do not do
We do not practise law, tax or audit; we do not lobby or facilitate permits; we do not act as nominee shareholders or arrange nominee structures. Where a question falls within a licensed profession, we refer you to a named partner.
