A decision is made twice: in the analysis, and in the room where it is presented.
Most advisors own the first and hand off the second. Most design studios own the second and never see the first. Metanoia Advisory was built to own both, with strategic storytelling and corporate communications at its core and two advisory practices behind it.
One firm, one standard, three practices
Metanoia Advisory is an advisory firm for leadership teams that must get complex ideas understood and acted on: by a board, an investor, a regulator, a partner or a market.
The core practice is Strategic Storytelling & Corporate Communications: board and executive decks, investor presentations and earnings materials, proposals, newsletters, templates, educational and marketing materials, annual and sustainability reports, and an AI-powered express service for work needed in hours. Two advisory practices supply the analysis those materials are built on. Indonesia Market Entry & Localization Strategy takes an international company from “should we enter?” to first local revenue. Strategy & Investment Advisory builds the feasibility studies, financial models, business cases and investment-grade documents that boards and investors act on.
The practices share one bench, one quality gate and one confidentiality regime. The team that builds the analysis builds the materials that present it, so the numbers in the model are the numbers in the room. Nothing is handed across a wall.
We do not practise law, tax or audit, and we do not compete with incorporation agents on price. Licensed and specialist work is delivered through named partners under our project management.
How we work
Senior through delivery
A senior engagement lead owns scoping, the storyboard and the final review, and carries a limited number of engagements at a time. On advisory work the same lead presents to the board and, if you keep us, runs the implementation.
The numbers match
Model, deck and report come from one data set and one team. Every deliverable carries a reconciliation log and passes a four-eyes check before it leaves the firm.
Confidential by design
Insider lists per engagement, segregated project folders, no consumer AI tools for client files, and a conflict check before any engagement that touches a listed company's market-facing materials. The design practice takes no success fees.
How an engagement starts, and how it can continue
Three steps, each with a clear end. You can stop after any of them.
-
Working session
You bring the decision. You leave with a view on what it would take, who would do it and how long it would run. A proposal follows only if you ask for one.
-
Project
A scoped piece of work with a board-ready deliverable: an assessment, a business case, a feasibility study, an equity story, a report. Weekly reviews; a mid-point storyboard sign-off; the partner presents the result.
-
Implementation
The same senior people stay on: an implementation retainer on advisory work, or a 12-month deck and report calendar on communications work. Priced explicitly in every proposal.
Partner ecosystem
Licensed and specialist work is delivered by named partners under our project management. Firms are named here once agreements are signed and permission is given.
